The Inner Circle welcomes its newest members, the Class of ’13, our rookie performers. Actually, they are four top journalists, accomplished in covering politics, government and a full range of other news topics.
Introducing Hilary Weissman is a writer/producer at WNBC-TV, specializing in politics and city government. She began her television career in 2004 while studying journalism at New York University. When she’s not crashing to meet deadlines, Hilary is an avid New York sports fan (Giants/Yankees) and an active member of New York Road Runners. She was raised in Chappaqua, New York and lives in Manhattan.
C.J. Papa is the morning news anchor at Verizon’s FiOS 1 News as well as a sports anchor for SNY where he is also a fill-in sideline reporter on NY Mets games. You can also hear CJ on 77 WABC Radio handling news updates. CJ is a member of the New York Athletic Club and the Metropolitan Golf Writers Association. He enjoys golf, tennis, and in the winter, paddle tennis. He resides in Manhasset, NY with his wife Dr. Anne Marie Ferrara, a dentist.
Dan Mannarino is a reporter for PIX11 Morning News, covering the five boroughs and beyond from 4am to 9am. Before that, Dan was a reporter for Verizon FiOs 1 News covering New Jersey and Long Island. His career began at NY1 News. Dan’s favorite assignment to date was traveling to Rome to cover the Cardinal Timothy Dolan’s elevation.
